As a result of this, the Bangladeshi miscreants always not only steal away our cows, food-grains and others properties but also cut our crops as we can’t go and protect it. Even, sometimes they have wanted to take shelter forcibly in our house on gunpoint after committed crimes in their respective lands. Most dangerous thing is that few months ago (around early of the year 1998), our neighbour, Narayan Barman was kidnapped by the Bangladeshi miscreants, when he was working his paddy fields, which is outside of the IBWBF and kept him captive around 03 months.

ABOARD USS DONALD COOK — The blue-painted fishing dhow with the suspicious hooks on its railings appeared as a low, curved shape on the destroyer U.S.S. Donald Cook’s high-powered security cameras.

It was a day in mid-September, three months into the Virginia-based warship’s deployment to the Gulf of Aden as part of a five-ship NATO counterpiracy task force. With hijackings declining across East African waters, Donald Cook’s 250 crew had had little to do on most days. The appearance of the dhow and, on it, what looked like grappling hooks useful for boarding large vessels, raised the prospect of a much-anticipated encounter with pirates.

MOGADISHU — Somali pirates holding a Spanish tuna trawler for the past 12 days on Wednesday demanded a four million dollar ransom for the ship and its 36 crew as pressure grew on Madrid to put marines on fishing vessels.

Spanish fleet owners have asked for military personnel on their fishing vessels, arguing that their French counterparts have had marines on board since July.
